Patchwork Harmony is taking a holiday

It is still possible to place orders, but these will not be dispatched until week beginning 19th March 2012. We will be back in March with lots of new products & exciting things, so stayed tuned! In the meantime, why not have a read of our online magazine ? or our blog.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, if you have changed your mind or the item is faulty, you can simply return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, and receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s).

If anything you have ordered arrives with you and is broken, please take a photo of the broken item and email to info@patchworkharmony.co.uk, and we can dispatch a replacement to you where possible or offer a refund.

To return your item(s) just fill in the form that you will receive with your order and post the item and the form to:

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
